What You Receive After Purchase
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email within minutes containing your order details. Depending on the product, your delivery will include one or more of the following:

Download File or Installer
A direct download link to the software installer (.exe, .pkg, or .zip). The file is the same installer used by the official developer.

License Key or Activation Code
A serial number or activation code to unlock the full version of the software inside your DAW or the developer’s licence manager.
C
Pre-Activated Build (select titles)
Some products are delivered as a clean, already-activated build — install it and it works immediately, no serial entry required. Where this applies, it is stated on the product page.

Activation Instructions
Step-by-step instructions for your specific product — including which licence manager to use (iLok, Native Access, Pace, etc.) and how to complete activation.

License Type — Installs, Transfers & Updates
Understanding your license is important. Here is what applies to products purchased through ReverBay:

Number of Installs
Varies by developer. Most licenses cover 1–2 machines simultaneously. Where a specific install limit applies, it is stated on the product page.

Transferability
Licenses purchased at ReverBay are for personal use by the buyer. They are not transferable to a third party unless the developer’s terms explicitly allow it.

Updates & Upgrades
Minor updates (bug fixes, patch releases) are typically included. Major version upgrades (e.g. v2 → v3) are not included and must be purchased separately from the developer.

Activation Method
Activation follows the developer’s standard process — iLok, challenge-response, online activation, or offline. Our team supports all methods during installation.
⚠️ Pre-activated builds: For titles delivered as pre-activated builds, the software works out of the box. These builds are not tied to a developer account and do not receive online updates. They are a fixed, fully working version of the software.

Free Installing Service — What It Covers
Every purchase at ReverBay includes our Free Installing Service at no extra cost. This is a hands-on support service — not a help article — where a real person from our team walks you through installation and activation from start to finish.

What it covers
Full installation of the downloaded file, activation or serial entry, DAW plugin path configuration, and a final check to confirm the plugin loads correctly in your session.

How to request it
After purchase, open a support ticket via our Contact page. Include your order number and the name of the product. We triage all requests within 12 hours.

Delivery method
Support is delivered via email step-by-step walkthrough, or a remote desktop session where you share your screen with our technician for direct hands-on help.

Refund Process & Timeframes
We stand behind every product we sell. If something does not work and our team cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund — no runaround, no restocking fees.

Submit a refund request
Contact us via our Contact page within 3 days of purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We attempt to resolve it first
In most cases, our team can fix the issue within 24 hours. We will always try to get the product working before processing a refund.

Refund issued if unresolvable
If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
⚠️ Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Requests outside this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
